OMCA prides itself in serving businesses of all sizes—from small start-ups to multinational corporations with thousands of employees. We take the time to thoroughly understand employers’ and employees’ needs, and we develop customized programs that benefit both.

An OMCA physician can be officially named your “company physician.” This allows for 24/7 access, including after-hours case management.

Drug and Alcohol Screening

There is no room for drugs and alcohol in the workplace—their use negatively impacts productivity, leads to accidents and often times exposes employers to significant legal issues.  Many organizations require periodic screening to identify problems and help employees break the cycle of abuse. OMCA performs stringent tests that produce accurate results at convenient times and locations to minimize lost-work time. In addition, we have physicians knowledgeable in the medical use of prescription drugs and the pharmacology and toxicology of illicit drugs who are available to perform our Medical Review Officer (MRO) services.
